Video Production

Judy Maggio has spent the past 40-plus years in the storytelling business. As the lead news anchor and managing editor at both KVUE-TV/ABC (1981–2003) and KEYE-TV/CBS (2003–14) in Austin, she worked on camera, as well as behind the scenes, to provide trustworthy news and compelling stories. Since leaving KEYE, Judy has remained committed to her storytelling craft.

In 2015, Judy co-directed and  produced an acclaimed documentary, 10-Won, about the powers at play in Austin politics. In 2017, she launched, produced and hosted Decibel, an Emmy-Award-winning news magazine on Austin PBS/KLRU-TV that featured in-depth stories on vital community issues.

Her decades of experience and passion for storytelling create a unique style that can elevate the quality of any video production. Hire her for professional on-camera and off-camera talent and tell the story right!
